In addition to his work as an Art Director Matt is also an emerging Visual Artist in the City of Toronto. His work has been seen on CityTV and is currently hanging in Brush and The New Earth Gallery in Downtown Toronto.

A graduate of Ryerson University’s Image Arts Program, Matt Hogue has been studying visual art for over ten years. Since graduating he has worked as an Art Director for numerous independent short films and music videos. My Pink Shirt is his first feature film. In every project he undertakes Matt works collaboratively with the entire crew to ensure that the production’s visual design will compliment and enhance each of the numerous departments. More than anything he works closely with Directors to ensure that the Art Direction exceeds their initial expectations and significantly contributes to the strength of the final project.
