Alistair Vogan began his career in entertainment as an actor in promotional films for Parks Canada. He developed a love for story telling as the director of the television series “Bridging The Gap” for Rogers Community 22, and while creating media packages for members of the Canadian government.
After completing two feature-length screenplays Alistair further honed his story development skills with Canadian feature director Bruce McCulloch (“Superstar”, “Stealing Harvard”…) creating in both the comedy and drama genres, including an adaptation of Barbara Gowdy's “Mister Sandman”. He has also worked in story development with former Saturday Night Live staff writer and “Anchorman” director Adam Mackay, and provided script consultation for the Revolution Studios/Imagine Entertainment-produced “Stealing Harvard”. He was a contributing writer to the wildly popular The Kids in the Hall North American reunion tour “Same Guys, Different Dresses”. He presently has a number of feature films in development. |
